A lot of the pages were written when little information or documentation was available.

Below is a simple updated time line that reflects the information and documents available so far, mid 2022.

Esar Met is still in prison in Utah with no representation and no interest by the District Attorney, Sim Gill, to review the case as an election approaches.

Basic Time Line

Early 2007 / Thailand

Esar Met is at Mae La refugee camp when his part of the camp is raided by Thai authorities.

People at the camp had been giving foreign media information about the mistreatment of Rohingya and the rationale for the raid was to reduce that. The Rohingya are considered one of the most persecuted ethnic minorities in the world.

Although the rationale given was plausible, a more likely explanation was simply that the authorities saw an opportunity to steal. They took any electronics the refugees had, mobile phones, cameras, computers etc. Stealing raids by authorities are common in many refugee camps, but this 2007 raid was extensive and more reported than most, because of the Rohingya issue.

People at the camp would also receive arbitrary beatings from authorities, and be forced to pay bribes for trivial things.

Hser Ner Moo, a 7 year old recent Burmese immigrant girl disappeared. She was last seen reliably between 1pm and 215 pm according to police and media.

https://archive.sltrib.com/article.php?id=57939886&itype=CMSID

There is conflicting evidence on when she was last seen, discussed on other pages.

Esar Met left apartment #472 between 7am and 239 pm. with the bicycle repair kit in his pocket. The four roommates of Esar Met left the apartment in the morning and returned at different times. There are slight discrepancies in the returning times they first told police and the times they testified to at trial. There may be time card issues as well, i.e., there are reasons to suspect that their timecards are not accurate. The two older roommates worked at Deseret Industries, a thrift shop, with the father and two older brothers of the victim. A news report during the search contained an interview which pretty reliably puts one of those people at the apartment complex around 130 pm.

Late afternoon and early evening, both parents of Hser Ner Moo knock on apartment #472, and several other apartments, asking if anybody has seen her.

Early evening police are called and Officer Matthew Jewkes responds. His narrative of the incident is one and a half pages and does not mesh well with the narratives of several other officers. He dies in 2010 so he did not testify at either the preliminary hearing nor at the trial.

~

April 1, 2008

A door to door search is done which ends around 4am April 1. According to a report by Detective C Francis by the end of that first search the only unsearched apartment was #472. See first image at bottom of page.

A number of FBI agents were present at this time, including special agent Pickens who interviewed the mother and brother of the victim. That interview was assisted by a translator, and recorded.

Later in the day a local attorney, Paul Vandyke, contacted police and said he would be present when the father was interviewed. Special Agent Pickens observed the interview which was videotaped.

Around 7pm four FBI agents knocked on the door of #472 for "5 to 10 minutes", including hitting the door with metal flashlights and shining lights in. Eventually the door was opened by one of the roommates, and the fbi agents asked if they could search the apartment.

Almost every aspect of the search has contradictory information in official reports, but according to the FBI agents, while they were searching, but before the body was found, one of the roommates said he would get the phone number of the fifth roommate, Esar Met. He calls and says the police want to talk to him and will be over shortly. He does not ever clearly explain why he thinks the fbi will want to talk to Esar Met before the body is found.

The roommate calls the number and gets the address. Esar Met was at the dinner table at his uncle's house and gave the phone to his aunt who said they would wait there for the police.

There are indications that the FBI already knew Esar Met lived in that apartment, and they knew where he was before the call.

The 'search that found the body' appears to have been a ruse to find the body during a search which would appear to be under the control of SSLPD but was actually entirely an fbi project. Police had photos and biographical information on all the residents of the complex, and the first time this appears in police records is when the roommates are asked to confirm the identity of Esar Met.

When police arrive at the uncle's house they kick down the door and tell the media Esar Met tried to flee. That story is included in the charging document as well. Later police admitted that was not true. Initially all the Burmese witnesses were terrorized into cooperating with police untruths and telling the police whatever they thought the police wanted to hear, but as they got more information they began speaking about what happened, and contradicting police. The "Esar Met fleeing" story crumbled at the preliminary hearing. Police tried to create a new story about somebody else fleeing who they confused with Esar Met. The final version by police is still full of holes though.

~

April 2, 2008

Around 3am the roommates are interviewed by FBI agents with local detectives and translators present. Although the roommates stories contain numerous contradictions, the FBI agents convince the local police that the roommates were not involved, and they are released. Based on its earlier investigating, while the girl was missing, the FBI concluded that Esar Met had killed the girl and fled. Despite all the evidence that started appearing, including problematic statements by the roommates, once the FBI had gotten a coerced Reid Technique confession from Esar Met they felt compelled to continue with him as the supposed killer.

Around 4am Esar Met is interviewed by fbi special agent Jeff Ross. Detective Sutera is present and occasionally speaks, but most of the interview is done by the FBI agent. Mysteriously, a friend of the same roommates is used as a translator.

In 2013 the public was told that the translator who helped get the confession 5+ years earlier was 'a passerby' who knew the family.

https://www.deseret.com/2013/12/11/20531269/passerby-was-mistakenly-used-as-translator-in-esar-met-murder-case

In fact he was a friend of the roommates, and during the interview refers to roommate #1, the apparent killer, using a colloquial nickname "Christian Priest" that none of the authorities knew and would not have been used by anybody in the previous interviews.

The translator also appears to know more details about the crime than anybody else, notably that the body was kicked, and how it was kicked.

The translator also confuses the word "bed" with the word "bag" in a strange way. Hser Ner Moo seems to have had a bag with her that is only briefly mentioned elsewhere, and was not recovered with the body. Previously in the interview Esar Met had mentioned she had a bag, probably a school bag, on a previous visit, but the translator's error involved mistranslating the FBI agent's question about Esar Met's bed. Line 292 at https://pastebin.com/qZcK69HH Whoever tried to move the body probably disposed of that bag. Questions to the father at trial refer to the girl getting upset in the morning, and packing a bag to visit her aunt and uncle.

The translator was probably not involved in the murder. The forensic evidence points strongly to one of the roommates. But the translator does know details that could only have come from somebody who was there.

Esar Met initially denies involvement, and even knowing about the murder, and says he went to his uncle's to fix a bicycle and see family. The aunt and uncle confirmed Esar Met's version later at trial.

The confession uses the Reid Technique, which is known to frequently produce false confessions, and eventually Esar Met 'confesses'. The detective present told another officer that he and the FBI agent had gotten "somewhat of a confession", but the 'confession' is wildly inaccurate about crime details and shows he had no idea what happened until the FBI agent started feeding him details

For several years both defense and prosecution worked to keep the confession video and transcript secret from everybody, including the judge. When a trial became likely they let her listen to it so she would understand their problem. Until the judge reads the transcript she won't understand why the 'confession' cannot be made public at trial.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip97.mp3

Once the judge has listened to the confession and realizes it would discredit a lot of the law enforcers involved if it were discussed in court, she makes another decision.

Over the next several months DNA tests were done of the crime scene which showed that there were several place where the blood of the victim was mixed with the blood of one of the roommates.

As more evidence was analyzed it became clear to more and more people in law enforcement that they had arrested the wrong person.

Initial DNA reports made it clear that roommate #1 had his blood mixed with Hser Ner Moo's blood in several stains. One of these stains the prosecutor tried to attribute to roommate #1 spitting betel nut juice in a spot where blood would later be deposited. But another blood stain with a mix of roommate #1 and Hser Ner Moo had a high concentration of roommate #1's DNA, such that both DNA profiles could be called 'major'.

The prosecution solved this by working with the Utah State Crime Lab and others to generate a new series of reports which simply ignored roommate #1's DNA and said "Esar Met could not be excluded" even though he was definitively excluded as being the contributor to any of the blood at the crime scene.

The public is told Esar Met will plead guilty, but once he is at the court he starts yelling, in his language, that he is not guilty.

The judge 'excuses' Esar Met from future hearings, and gives the defense lawyer more time to get a guilty plea.

The judge and defense lawyers considered the hearing closed, and did not know that a translator would tell media what Esar Met had yelled.

January 2011

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 2012. Both defense and prosecution know that the forensic evidence points to one of the roommates, but it would be politically difficult to announce to the public that they had been holding the wrong person in jail.

Although scheduled for June, the hearing would not actually take place until November 2012.

During this interim the judge and lawyers on both side spoke during hearings in camouflaged language about arranging a guilty plea, which would prevent evidence details from becoming public.

Another option they discussed was a bench trial which would also keep the evidence from becoming public.

This is a melting pot archetype closely related to the 'White Police Rape Van' symbolism. It is the projection of one's worldview into a comprehensive false construct, by a person who has been given control of a small part of their environment, usually through membership in a gang.

This person creates a fictional world with fantasy rules then continually constructs one part of their Doll House as other parts collapse.

Katherine Schweit is called a widely respected expert on violence who constructed the 'Active Shooter' protocol the FBI teaches to school districts, including Uvalde.

The Doll House  is usually evident in a woman, often the result of an overly nurturing father, but there is an equivalent parallel archetype that corresponds to men and is easy enough to figure out. In both cases the distinguishing quality is that the builder wants others to move into their Doll House i.e., to accept their worldview, and they use a group to herd others into their flimsy construct rather than letting something rest on its merits alone.

It can be contrasted with an actual viable construct based on real expertise rather than 'group validation'.

In many or most cases the Doll House is constructed using an academic formula which is then sold as innovation or expertise. Somebody is trained to follow a series of mechanical steps to solve 'any problem', and they apply those academic steps to construct their 'new' Doll House.

As such it is an extension of the hyper academic or hyper rational Western approach to science i.e., the idea that formulas mechanically taught and memorized can be used to solve any problem or build anything.

Because the foundation of the 'architecture is validation from a group, rather than actual expertise, the Doll House never gets too many willing inhabitants until the sponsoring group forces people in.

An interesting aspect of the Doll House is the dynamic of the 'validation' that empowers the builder.

A female Doll House builder will typically have a father who genuinely teaches her, but then she will move to a group where there are men simply playing the role of 'teacher' in exchange for power. So in the second stage she gets more and more professional authority, but it lacks the authenticity of any natural authority she got from what her father taught her. The males know that if they 'mentor' her and validate anything, no matter how stupid, if they think they can sell it, they will be on solid professional ground within their group.

These men in the second stage, higher level FBI employees in the example above, are building their own careers by creating artificial experts, Doll House builders. A massive circular Ponzi that eventually bumps into the reality that the so called 'expertise' being promoted is utterly empty of any substance. The Doll House withers from flimsiness as the promoters desperately try to get a new generation to perpetuate their self serving Ponzi.

This series of steps in the Doll House is just a rerun of the basic melting pot 'we are all one family' scam, but with a group of males leveraging their professional authority i.e., their commercial skills, to convince an ambitious female that they are guiding her, and therefore she should validate their authority, i.e., her mentor's professional authority, with the authority she gets from their validation, which she will usually do because she was hired on the basis of having that trait. An honest mentor, of course, would tell somebody like Ms Schweit that she is not actually an expert in her 'field of expertise', even with any business steered her way by group 'mentors'.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/author-of-fbi-s-active-shooter-policy-criticizes-uvalde-police-for-waiting-78-minutes-to-confront-gunman/ar-AAXV8ow

Following the example above to the next level of decay, a person gets to experts that don't even have a basic understanding in what they are pretending. There is not even a veneer of schooling or job history or anything else which might let a person wonder.

Hillary Clinton actually became Secretary of State in the United States. She had zero skills, of any kind whatsoever, which might be applicable to that job, she didn't know where a lot of important countries were, nor who their 'leaders' were, but she had mentors willing to pretend, and try to force others to also pretend.

She wasn't able to construct much of a Doll House for the simple reason that nobody really took her 'expertise' seriously, except those who directly profited, and that was simply not a big enough group to give her much power.

The corruption aspect of this case began when FBI agents realized they had gotten a confession from the wrong person

It then snowballed when FBI Special Agent Pickens, present at the autopsy with Detective Francis and Detective Byington, realized that the victim had been alive much longer than suspected, and might have survived if the FBI agents involved had not been trying to outplay local police.

The prosecutor was contacted, along with Sim Gill's assistant Angela Miklos, and evidence began to 'evolve'.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip325.mp3

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip326.mp3

Shortly after that, DNA evidence confirmed the wrong person was being held in jail.

From there the Utah legal system was used as a blunt object to make sure the public would not find out.

This page will look at the specific individuals involved in various types of corruption in this case, and rank them on their level of corruption.

There are several types of corruption involved, and each person will be ranked from 1 to 5 emojis based on the type and level of corruption, and ranked separately on their corruption skills, in other words are they skilled at being crooked?

Those individuals who cannot be identified yet will be listed by their positions. For example a person can infer that high level administrative personnel at the FBI and in the Utah Court system engaged in extremely corrupt behavior, but they can only be identified by their job position at this point.

money-mouth = professional corruption, people who prioritized keeping their job, and promotions, over doing their job.

foot-in-mouth = professional silence, people who ignored corruption or quietly cooperated with it.

Brief Corruption Overview

1) Hser Ner Moo disappeared and several police agencies responded. The FBI's main focus was on creating a scenario in which they solved the crime and graciously handed it to local police. They became aware early that something had happened the afternoon of March 31, and they let local police follow dead ends so that the FBI would 'solve' the case. For example the FBI knew that apartment #472 was occupied, and they knew the injured girl, or body, was probably there, but they let local police believe the apartment was empty. The girl lay injured in #472 for many hours as the FBI was playing this game.

2) DA Lohra Miller knew almost immediately that there were serious problems with the evidence and investigation, and she deferred to law enforcement which was focused on image control.

3) When Lohra Miller left office in 2010 and was replaced by Sim Gill, the new District Attorney realized that the evidence did not point to Esar Met but following the facts would result in the FBI paying a high price. He postponed the case for almost 4 more years until a trial was forced. He worked extensively with federal law enforcement in other capacities and was under pressure from 'friends' at the FBI and other agencies.

4) Many people in Utah media knew from their law enforcement connections that there were big problems in the case, and they carefully restricted their reporting to avoid mentioning these problems. Many of the hearings where problems were laid bare had several Salt Lake City reporters present, and those reporters would not publish information which appeared to exculpate Esar Met unless such information was first published by an outside reporter. Marissa J. Lang appears to have been the only reporter that published material overtly challenging the prosecution narrative without waiting for a group of people to form around the material first. https://twitter.com/Marissa_Jae/status/423535460283990016  She was the only reporter who asked to be present at jury selection, and it's possible that the overt jury stacking gave her an early clue something was not right.

As an interesting sidenote to this last point, the judge made a mysterious comment implying that in that area it is not proper for reporters to witness jury selection. The judge seemed a bit concerned about that reporter being present and seemed to suggest that other reporters knew better. This recording will be added later with speculation about why jury selection appears to be a sensitive topic among judges in that area.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/juryoddities1.mp3

One small part of the issue may be guessed by the extremely absurd demographics of the initial jury pool. They clearly did not represent a random selection from the local population. But there are other things that stand out.

This is a copy of a post made on Reddit involving a woman "A.G." who would have been an important defense witness at the preliminary hearing before the trial except she disappeared.

A lot of her testimony contradicted the official version of events, but she vanished between the preliminary hearing and the trial. Her testimony painted police as clownishly incompetent and seemed to discredit the police timeline. Although she did not speak English her testimony was precise and she was certain about her facts and timeline.

At trial her testimony was altered to suit the prosecution.

What happened to her?

It looks likely a federal agency 'took her into custody' as an illegal immigrant in order to prevent her from speaking to the media and testifying at the trial.

~

First a copy/paste from the "Hidden Evidence" page.

One of the witnesses at the preliminary hearing, who made police look especially bad, disappeared and could not be found to testify at the trial

Her daughter was a friend of the victim and she had been the last outside person who knew Hser Ner Moo very well and was known to have seen Hser Ner Moo on the day she disappeared.

Her oldest daughter was born about the same time as Rosie Tapia, another Hispanic girl who was abducted also in Salt Lake City, and she probably was aware of rumors about the police in that case involving their hesitancy to solve that case. Interestingly, there are some very unusual commercial and personnel ties between a company involved in handling evidence in the Rosie Tapia case and several other cases, including that of Hser Ner Moo.

https://kutv.com/news/local/25-years-after-abduction-6-year-old-rosie-tapias-murder-remains-unsolved

The testimony this woman gave at the preliminary hearing was very problematic because she was the highest credibility witness regarding Hser Ner Moo's movements, and her testimony utterly contradicted the timeline the prosecutor needed to push. Her testimony supported Esar Met's interview testimony that she had stopped by to watch tv before he left for his aunt and uncle's house.

Worse, if her testimony at the hearing was correct then it raises the issue of prosecutors and other people involved in the case trying to alter the testimony of some of the Burmese witnesses, an issue that seems to arise again and again in this case.

The first clip below is the prosecutor, during the trial, trying to enter one of the transcripts of her past testimony as evidence due to the inability to find her. He later mentions that she does not have proper citizenship paperwork and that might have made her unavailable. The last 4 clips are from her testimony at the preliminary hearing before the trial.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip747.mp3

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip748.mp3

Here is a clip of the defense lawyer agreeing to let the prosecutor use a transcript of that person's previous testimony.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip592.mp3

Here is a higher level police officer committing brazen perjury, changing her testimony so it fits the police narrative. He changes both the time she saw Hser Ner Moo, now it is 210pm, and the day he spoke to that witness, from day 2, which she testified, to day 1, which makes the police look better.

https://tribalcash.org/images/mp3/clip205.mp3

Here is the police report which was created to cover that testimony. Of course it would have been useless if the witness was able to testify.

This same officer was also the officer present at the autopsy and also the officer who signed various search warrants in the case.

The stipulation mentioned in clip 592 omits all of that witnesses testimony which contradicted the police officer, a blatant dishonesty by the prosecution which the defense agreed to and the judge fed to the jury.

The significance is that the testimony now allows the prosecutor to pretend there was a witness who saw Hser Ner Moo walking towards #472 at 210 pm.

The prosecution was changing so much testimony, either through coercive questioning or tricks like the 'stipulation', that they started to run into obvious contradictions during the trial, such as the fact that the brother was not even awake when the girl disappeared, much less did he see her leave at 2pm.

So much of the evidence has been fiddled with by the prosecution that the case makes no sense at all.

There were three women at SouthParc apartments in Utah in 2008 who each had a 7 year old daughter who was an immigrant of some sort, and the three children were classmates and friends.

The first woman was the victim's mother.

The second was the mother of the girl the victim had tried to visit the day she disappeared. She was also the last person who Esar Met spoke to before he left the apartment complex. In other words she knew he had left the complex long before the girl disappeared so he could not be the killer.

The third woman, Mrs Aurora G., was the last person known to have seen the victim, Hser Ner Moo, alive.

First a brief case description then at the bottom of the post how the third woman fits in.

This involves a 2008 murder case in Salt Lake City.

The person who has been incarcerated since 2008 and is currently in prison is not guilty and nobody in Utah has shown any interest in fixing the matter. So authorities will get nickle and dimed with small posts like this until something is done.

Brief case overview.

A young Burmese girl went missing on March 31, 2008.

April 1 her body was found around 7pm.

April 2 around 3am an FBI agent and local detective use the Reid Technique to get a confession from a young Burmese man. The details of the confession have no resemblance to the actual crime.

The media is immediately told that they have a suspect who confessed and it is implied that it was a sex crime.

About 2 hours after the confession an autopsy is performed by the medical examiner with an fbi agent and detective present.

As the autopsy is concluding the medical examiner says that he sees no evidence of a sex crime.

The prosecutor is contacted and he sends over his own expert who determines that it was one of the most severe sex crimes she has seen.

This expert determined that not only was she sexually assaulted but

8) Several weeks later the DNA results of the crime scene evidence come back and show conclusively that one of the roommates appears to be the killer, he left his DNA in several blood samples of the victim at the crime scene.

9) At this point the 'authorities' involved did not know what to do. They did not want to tell the public that the fbi had helped local police get a confession from a person who was not guilty.

10) After several years a trial was held and the person who the fbi and local police knew was not guilty was convicted and sentenced to life without parole.

Back to the third woman

Aurora G. had a stable life in Salt Lake City. She had three daughters including the one that was Hser Ner Moo's friend.

Four years after the killing police contacted her and asked her to testify at a hearing.

She testified that initially the police did not even mention what they were looking for and that it was on the third search, i.e., the second day of searching, that she told the police what she saw.

The police officer says he got that information the evening around 10pm, of the first day, in other words before the first search, and he said the time Aurora G last saw Hser was about 1410 or 210pm.

There are a few reasons why her testimony was so devastating to police, but anyway she disappeared shortly after that testimony, so the matter was 'fixed'.

Notice that when the judge and lawyers are discussing the missing witness they throw up a smokescreen involving a completely unrelated domestic abuse case precedent. Then the 'state's investigator' throws on more subterfuge about her child's school not having records since 2008. The preliminary hearing was 2012/2013.

I am tired of fighting. Our chiefs are killed. Looking Glass is dead. Toohulhulsote is dead. The old men are all dead.

It is the young men who say yes or no. He who led the young men is dead.
